• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active account plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with typical AML/regulatory record-keeping requirements applicable to online gaming operators.
• KYC Documentation: Retained for the period required under applicable anti-money laundering legislation from the date of the most recent transaction or account activity, as applicable.
